We are a family business providing a personal service to holiday home owners in Northumberland and Co Durham.
Whether your property is purely for personal use, or a high yielding holiday rental property, we understand that each individual has individual needs, and we can tailor our unique service in a friendly and flexible way, to suit you.
We are solely dedicated to service and do not involve ourselves in property transactions, however if requested, we can liaise with your letting agency on your behalf, to ensure smooth handling of all arrivals and departures.
Our fundamental aim is to provide an outstanding personal service to you, with flexibility being an essential part of that service. If there is anything you want which is not mentioned, please just ask and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We firmly believe that looking after the environment is paramount and therefore we only use biodegradable cleaning products and recycled paper for all of our stationery.
